The CX-50 accommodates the residents of North Dakota by offering two 2.5-Liter engines; one with 187 horsepower, 186 pound-feet of torque, and an EPA-estimated combined 27 miles per gallon, and the other, a turbocharged engine with 256 horsepower, 320 pound-feet of torque, and an EPA-estimated combined25 miles per gallon. Each engine is available on select trims and both distribute power evenly to all four wheels thanks to a six-speed automatic transmission.

The Mazda CX-50 makes outside endeavors look elegant with its stitched leather seats, terracotta upholstery options, and a Mazda first- available panoramic moonroof. Like the CX-5, the CX-50 comes with a touchscreen control wheel to prevent fingerprints on the eight to ten-inch display. Seating five with sufficient legroom, you will have plenty of cargo space with 31.4 cubic feet seats up, and a whopping 56.3 cubic feet with the seats down.
